Preparation is roughly eighty percent of the job. Sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and protecting everything that isn't getting coated is what separates a finish that holds from one that fails by the second season.
We match the finish to how the room is actually used and lit. A south-facing plaster wall, a kitchen that gets scrubbed weekly, and a hallway with kids in it are three different specifications, not one.

We look at the space, the light, and the existing substrate, and talk through what you're after.

Samples & Scope
Sample boards for specialty finishes and a written scope so the product, sheen, and coverage are agreed before work starts.

Preparation
Masking, protection, repair, and priming. This is where most of the labor goes and where most jobs are won or lost.

Application & Walkthrough
Application, cure time, then a walkthrough in daylight with a punch list closed out before we leave.
